All the poses are cater to Post delivery mamas. Focusing a lot on the pelvic floor. This is not at all an intense class. This is definitely all restorative. The class is a great way to meet other mamas who are in the same journey as you. The last 15 minutes of class are dedicated to baby yoga. Jane leads adorable songs that will help you bond with your baby by stretching their arms and legs.

The massages introduced to the application process were so wonderful and calming and this was the absolute perfect treat to have before our wedding.
