see all reviewsSunday classes are no-gi. We started with bjj warm up exercises. The class had a good mix of men and women. We then were taught a few techniques. The professor was great and explained the technique and the reason. Next we partnered up and practiced it. Good class for beginners. Nice space and plenty of parking nearby.
