see all reviewsThis gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

The combination of hot and cold felt both exhilarating and relaxing. I left feeling amazing and slept so well. I also really loved that they had an ambience video on the tv and you could play whatever on YouTube and the sound was connected to the sauna. At my age I could barely walk after all that. At first I didn’t think he spent enough time on my calves after I expressed them being my problem area, but I left refreshed and walking so much better.
