see all reviewsInstructor was such a nice Brazilian woman who hugged everyone before and after class. She was so sweet. Definitely a challenging class with challenging weights. For the ankle weight portion, I think lower weights should be offered as modifications. At like number 10 my leg was quivering and we had to do 20. I just couldn’t do it.
