    I recently tried a hot yoga class, and it was a great experience! The heat, around 100°F (38°C), helped loosen my muscles, making the stretches deeper and more effective. The instructor was encouraging and provided clear guidance, making the session both challenging and relaxing. It’s definitely intense, so staying hydrated is important, but the post-class feeling of detox and lightness was worth it. If you’re looking to build strength, flexibility, and clear your mind, I highly recommend giving it a try!
