see all reviewsI am rehabilitating a sports injury, I really like the Academy as opposed to the other places I’ve tried because the challenge comes more from the movements being a little more sophisticated, not so much being pushed by the instructor, like a spin class. It’s good for rehab because although complex, everything is based on things I’ve done before so it’s easy to modify the workouts when my ankle isn’t ready for something yet. Lastly, huge free parking lot!

You take breaks and modify as needed. it is a very welcoming space and I felt very challenged and motivated in a good way. At the end you get a cold towel that is so refreshing.
