Cherice is an angel and the space is serene and amazing, not to mention cleanly and I love the environment with the plants and the little touches like water and snacks. The staff is welcoming and professional and will make you feel at home and settled, and the offerings are unique including the sound healing! I don’t know where else you can even get that in the area. Definitely recommend ☺️

see all reviewsBoth services are in middle of boxing gym. The cryotherapy is in a private room and only three minutes. Pretty intense with temps going to -180 degrees. The infrared sauna is in corner of boxing gym so you will have to wear clothes compared to just a towel. They had a robe in cryo room but wasn't offered that. Brandon was very informative and helpful.

see all reviewsShanae White was great! She is so knowledgeable and she really shows you the passion behind why she is doing this work. Everything just came so natural for her. I felt like I was in a safe place. I was calm and relaxed. I really enjoyed my foot detox. It was so cool seeing the different color toxins coming out of my body and I also enjoyed the reflexology with the scented massage oils towards the end. I will definitely be back to book a massage session to focus on my shoulders and upper back. Y’all make sure to tip her.!!
