Time goes by quickly, maximum areas are addressed and there is a great balance of repetition and changing it up when something has to be repeated on the other side. Great reminders and emphasis on form which is very useful - no one other teacher does it as much as Katie and I appreciate it immensely. The layers are well communicated and she notices when you’re struggling because your form is off or you’ve not used the correct springs.

see all reviewsI loved this class with Daisy. It felt like a good fix of everything and in a nice way. Despite living near the area, the space at 50 Hill Rise was a revelation! Such a beautiful zen space with all amenities including showers, lockers, cafe and a relaxation room! The receptionist was very helpful and made us feel very welcome which was so nice given my experience with front of the house staff at other similar studio. Will definitely go back.
