    Morning Flow

The studio provides a serene ambiance, perfect for calming and quieting the mind. The session focused more on yin or restorative yoga, incorporating deep stretching and pranayama, rather than a flow. The instructor is highly knowledgeable and emphasizes the benefits of yoga for restoring the body. This gentle yet powerful practice will leave you feeling both centered and invigorated.

    Vinyasa

As a long-time but intermittent yogi, finding the right studio—a sacred space to practice—is incredibly important to me. This studio is beautifully designed, filled with plants, and exudes a bright, clean atmosphere. The instructor was not only passionate but also welcoming to someone like me, who just dropped in on a whim. The one-hour session was a perfect balance of intensity and calm, leaving me with a renewed sense of connection and peace. I left feeling like I’d found a great community of like-minded individuals, aligned with the yogic lifestyle I seek.

    Tonifying Ayurvedic Yoga

After a month and a half of living in Reno, I finally discovered a local gem. This yoga studio is a beautiful, open, and calming space with an experienced instructor who offers a unique approach to yoga. The class I attended focused on balancing the second chakra, which governs the pelvic area, as well as working with fire and water chi for Dosha energy. The practice included many affirmations and intentional movements to channel energy into this area. One highlight was using Prana Mudra during a seated forward bend, which helped me understand the importance of moving forward from the pelvis rather than slouching the spine. The session also included a variety of asanas and pranayamas designed to condition the autonomic nervous system, bringing harmony to both body and mind. I highly recommend this studio and look forward to exploring more of the classes they offer.
