I appreciated that we spent a longer time in poses to really get the full strength benefit from them. Also a nice touch to get the lavender towels at the end.

If you want to be challenged, if you want to sweat, if you want to be awakened to one of the best flows you’ll ever experience, if you want to be in a beautiful gym with a warm space, then you need to take this class with Emily. Do not come with a full stomach and be prepared to work. Or even if you don’t want to do it all that’s ok because they will not judge you. I will definitely be returning. 11/10

    This was my first class at CPY and first ever heated class. I was a bit nervous that it would be too intense for me but it was a great experience. I’m not sure I’ve ever sweat so much but it was comforting to see people taking breaks. The music was fun, Mae was easy to follow and explained everything and the 60 minute class flew by!
