    Tori was great! This was my first class at Corepower and she was very welcoming and friendly. Instructions were clear and easy to follow during class. I'm pretty new to Yoga and did not feel "lost" even though some poses were difficult.

    I wouldn’t exactly say this is a beginner class, you have to have some general idea of weight lifting form, as the class is fast paced. Also, get there at least 10 min early because you have to set up your own station. It is definitely an effective work out! Instructor had great energy

    I have taken Melissa’s classes before, and something that has always stood out to me is the care she shows every person in the room. I know that when she’s instructing, I’m going to be warmly welcomed into the space, spoken to throughout the class with kindness and intentionality, and guided through challenging movements in a way that makes them somehow become easy. She instills confidence in others through her teaching, and enables me to allow myself to feel vulnerable and try new things in a way that is often daunting in other group fitness classes. Her classes have changed my perspective on yoga as not only a physical practice, but as an experience that can also provide mental respite and clarity. I look forward to visiting the YogaSix studio again soon!
