The music was unreal… it honestly felt like my personal hype playlist was blasting and the whole class was singing along while riding. Such an energizing vibe! Claudia is a fantastic instructor — motivating, upbeat, and incredibly kind. It was my first time doing spin, and she went out of her way to help me set up my bike and feel comfortable. This seems basic but most instructors just let you do whatever which isn’t helpful to your workout and you can hurt yourself.
