    Dynamic Flow

Amazing class with a great teacher. Every time I practice with this teacher, she creates a good flow with different variations for all levels. She gives great hands on assists during the class in a very gentle way. 10/10. I‘ll be back!

    Reformer/EXO Chair

Looking for a fun, challenging Pilates class that keeps your body and mind fully engaged!? This exo / reformer combo is a must-try! I love how the variety between the two pieces of equipment makes the workout fly by—it’s never boring and always pushes me in new ways. What makes this class truly special is the small size—just six people max. It feels almost like having a personal trainer, with the instructor giving so much attention to your form and offering helpful corrections or modifications. It’s reassuring to know I’m doing the exercises correctly while still being challenged. I always leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and completely energized. This is hands-down one of the most fun Pilates experiences I’ve had, and the studio creates such a welcoming, supportive vibe.

Really well paced class. Thoughtful structure to the sequence of poses. The teacher was very aware of the class and ensured everyone was in good alignment. Consistently offered ways to up or lower the stakes through modifications. Really bright and sunny studio. Will be going back here a ton!

    Candlelight Yoga

I think I had a sub that day because Theresa was listed but I had a wonderful instructor named Wendy. I absolutely Wendy. It was my first time back inside a yoga studio in 8 years. And the evening candlelight class I had with her was an amazing restart. She realized I couldn’t do inversions because of a health condition and gently inquired and was completely understanding when I whispered back why. The room is rather small but clean and calming. It’s also located inside a physical therapy building - use the back stairs. I hope all the instructors are just as amazing!

    Slow Flow Vinyasa

Manuel rocks. He leads and guides you through some aggressive, intense stretching - much needed in my stressful life and after strenuous lifting/running. He provides welcome adjustments through tactile and verbal feedback on your bodily positions as well. Take his and Angelica’s classes! They complement each other’s styles.
