see all reviewsThe space is unlike any studio I’ve been to, and coming from NYC as well as frequenting boutique fitness studios whenever I travel, that is a lot for me. It’s beautiful, inviting, simple yet sophisticated and transports you to a space that really allows you to unwind and be present. The class itself was well-paced and easy to follow though challenging. I will be back and can’t wait to try their sister studio!

see all reviewsIt was really fun! The sequence and flow were dynamic. Recommend for intermediate and advanced. They teach in Portuguese + simple English but it was enough to me. I’ve been doing pilates more than 3+ years so maybe it was not hard for me to follow the instructions(i speak zero Portuguese) but i think if you catch things quick, would be fine! Not sure about Circuit class, I took 1.5 on Saturday and it was way too easy. Even easier than stretching class they are running. It doesn’t reflect the description or level. So maybe avoid weekends class or choose right instructor. I would go with Tomas
