You’re encouraged to work at your own pace, not lift heavier or go faster unless you want to. I also love that there’s a wide range of ages in the classes, and even though my class was full, there was still plenty of space to move comfortably while working with kettlebells. The workouts included a great mix of TRX, kettlebells, mobility work, and options for progressive overload week to week if you want to build strength. Overall, it’s a really supportive community and I highly recommend it!
