    Lovely space, great teacher, fun and challenging flow. They weren't kidding about the parking. I was two blocks away and I think I got lucky. Maybe only because this was an early morning class, but definitely give yourself plenty of time if you're driving

    Y6 Sculpt & Flow

    I took the 7:30 am sculpt & flow class. The teacher was fun, the space was clean, I liked the hot girl playlist, and the colored lighting was nice to get into the right headspace for pushing through those hard reps. The class is high energy and will whoop you in a good way! I am a bit out of shape and struggled to keep up the whole time, but I still really enjoyed it and am hungry for more (: This is a heated class- warm enough to get a good sweat but not stiflingly hot. I really enjoyed the fast paced yoga warm up to loud music! Great way to kick off the morning (;

    Anne teaches a lovely yin yoga class. It was soothing and peaceful. Just what I enjoy before bed in a class. Her mindful practice includes a spoken journey which eases the mind and relaxes the body, while moving you through poses to open and heal. So thankful for her and this class.

    Morning Flow

    Lowen gave a beautiful class that reset my body like a traditional vinyasa never does. One vinyasa the whole class, gentle but deep invigorating poses perfect for the morning. I loved their slow and individual approach. Thank you for acknowledging the land we practice on and the practice coming from South Asia, also thank you for acknowledging the genocide in Palestine, the class was on Oct 7 and it is on my mind a lot. Thank you lowen, I hope to see more of you soon

    I went to this class at the guidance of another instructor at this gym. It was amazing. I have been needing deep stretching for awhile and it was exactly what I needed. I love Dear Yoga and Keili Mei is one of my favorite instructors there. This class is a perfect combo of strong vinyasa, a yin wind-down, then a lovely sound bath during savasana. Keili always does a great gradual warm-up and I especially appreciate the focus on getting hamstrings ready to do balancing poses. She's a smart and thoughtful instructor and I always have a great experience.

    This is the first time I’ve visited the studio. The space is calming with high ceilings and natural materials. The instructor had a clear, calming voice and was easy to follow.
