see all reviewsI was a bit nervous for my first boxing class and this class/place made it VERY beginner friendly! Instructor gave awesome cues, motivated us through a great music playlist, and the constant encouragement made me push harder each round! My boyfriend and I left looking like we swam in a pool with smiles on our faces:)

see all reviewsWhat a great workout! The instructor was really accommodating with myself and one other first timer. I’d recommend taking a fundamentals or beginner class if you’re entirely new like I was. I’ll be returning for sure!

see all reviewsGreat workout, challenging. Only thing to note is I don’t know if it’s truly ‘all levels’ because there isn’t a lot of explanation around form or the move. It’s pretty fast-paced if someone is a beginner. It may vary by instructor though. Enjoyed the class, will be back!

see all reviewsReally fun class! Challenging too. There were three other adults in the class and maybe 10-15 kids. The instructor helped me with how to kick and posture myself, etc. It was a good first experience. After many pushups, sit ups, and squats I know I’ll be sore tomorrow!
