    I’m loving Club Sweat! I’m new to strength training and Nate has been so encouraging and helpful with my form. I can already feel myself getting stronger. Everyone in the classes is so welcoming and there seems to be a great little community here. The location was weird to me at first but I got used to it! You’re in storage unit garage thingy but the vibes are high.

    This was my first visit here coming from a background of doing yoga twice a week but not doing weight lifting. I’d recommend coming 10 minutes early so you can grab a mat and stretch before the workout. Today had 3 stations, each comprising of 3-5 exercises each that you repeat for several rounds. Ashley was incredibly patient, and explained each move for me 1:1, and stresses proper form which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend and would say be patient with yourself, and don’t give up!
