I appreciated her pre and post class light touch / massage. She reminds everyone this is their practice and to take modified poses or skip according to your ability and fitness level.

see all reviewsI highly recommend this class if you have soreness. Silvia will help you unlock the full potential of the foam roller for some really intense stretch and massage. She encourages you to listen to your body and go to as gentle or deep of a stretch as you need. I've never been to a class like this anywhere else before, and I definitely want to keep coming back!
