see all reviewsThe class can be hard the first time as it moves quickly. Caryn gives great queues but between the form, changing weight, learning the combos it can be a lot. If you struggle with the class give it 2-3 more times and you’ll become addicted!

see all reviewsThis class was so fun! It was my first time and I worked up quite a sweat while following the instructor’s dance moves. Each song has its own combo and rhythm so theres plenty of variety and it’s not too hard to keep up. The class also ends with a slower cool down song where you stretch out. I will def come back to this one!
