It was my first time at the studio and although I am familiar with reformer Pilates, she made me feel extremely comfortable with the machine before class started. Her playlist was really good and the workout was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back with friends!

The class was easy to follow along, instructions were clear, & I loved the encouragements the instructor provided throughout the class. SHE made me want to come back for more classes! She’s knowledgeable, sweet, caring and always has a smile on her face. The instructors are great at keeping you motivated throughout class & correcting form as needed, which I really appreciate to avoid injury. I leave class feeling amazing after every challenging/fun class. 🤍
