see all reviewsI was a little nervous as a first timer, but you can get through it without taking a beginner class if you have some basic fitness/weightlifting knowledge. The class was challenging, but scalable to all fitness levels. I plan to try another class here!

see all reviewsAlexis is a great teacher! I really enjoyed today’s practice. The only thing I wasn’t aware of beforehand was that this was a hot yoga class. The heat made it a little harder for me to breathe than usual. I think this class would be great for people who have been practicing yoga for a while, are looking for a different challenge, and are comfortable exercising in a 90°F room. I would definitely love to try some other classes at Yoga Flow!

see all reviewsWell, balanced class. I do a lot of yoga and I really appreciated Francine's specific cues, they reminded me of a lot of things I tend to forget. This is a strong class, or can be, with the ability to level up or down. Loved Francine's presence, I will take this again.

see all reviewsI felt so much pain relief in my back and head after this class. I had a knee injury, and the instructor was more than accomodating! The only thing was that I don’t think the AC works well because it turned into hot yoga really quickly, and I was slipping and sliding on my mat (good thing I love hot yoga haha). What a cute, one-room studio in a unique building!
