see all reviewsKiera is a great instructor. She is engaging and encouraging as she actively walks around the classroom throughout the duration of class. Kiera also provides great cues for the treadmill portion of the class. She lets participants know what speeds are suggested and most importantly how long each "working" block is before recovery - so that participants can adjust their speeds accordingly. This is extremely helpful because on longer blocks you may need to scale the speed back and on shorter blocks you can push the pace. (Other instructors do not always do this which is frustrating) Great all around job Kiera!
