see all reviewsThis was my first time at Club Pilates. The class was fine for low intensity. I would go to this instead of yoga for example. I don’t feel like it tones anything if you’re actually into building muscle. You would probably need a higher level class. The $16 socks are also ridiculous and unnecessary for that level of class. There was no risk to safety if you didn’t have them…. If you’re going to make people buy/bring them they should be less than $10. I didn’t feel like there was much of a value for the class at all. It’s nothing like solidcore which can be great for many ppl but it didn’t feel like a workout at all.
