    Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]

Tori was so welcoming to newcomers and took great care to demo each exercise. She demoed three exercises before we started them for the following sections: center core, legs, obliques, and arms.

Presley was an incredible instructor. She was so supportive the whole time and made sure everyone was on the same page. It was a small class and she made everyone feel strong and included. The difficulty was perfect for my experience.

    Ballet 101 Workshop

This class was great! Adrian was a lot better than the last ballet 101 instructor I had just based on the pacing and willingness to have us repeat certain phrases to make sure that we were doing it right. I also loved learning all of the English translations of the French terminology

Place was nice and clean. Tiffany was super friendly and a great instructor too. It’s just most of the time you’ll completely depend on verbal cues and I can see that could be difficult to follow for some beginners. Overall a great experience and I think I’ll come back!

Katie pays attention to your form and corrects you if needed. She is very helpful and particular to small details on movements. You can tell that she loves her job. Unlike other commercialized pilates clubs, they just talk and instruct and sometimes when they know that your a classpass student they wont really bother talking to u.

CP Reformer Flow 1 (50 Mins)

This was my first time at Club Pilates. The class was fine for low intensity. I would go to this instead of yoga for example. I don’t feel like it tones anything if you’re actually into building muscle. You would probably need a higher level class. The $16 socks are also ridiculous and unnecessary for that level of class. There was no risk to safety if you didn’t have them…. If you’re going to make people buy/bring them they should be less than $10. I didn’t feel like there was much of a value for the class at all. It’s nothing like solidcore which can be great for many ppl but it didn’t feel like a workout at all.
