The instructor was knowledgeable and helped guide me through each exercise but didn’t correct my form frequently like some other gyms (which could be a pro or a con I suppose). The vibe was more like ask if you need help, which is fine by me. I definitely enjoy serious classes too, but that’s the beauty of ClassPass — I can go to a serious class one day and then laugh through this hiit class the next day and I will get a good workout in each circumstance. I went in with zero knowledge and Grace showed me all the basic movements before class and helped guide me through the workout to make sure I was doing everything properly.
