First time taking Tonio’s class and it was 🔥🔥🔥 His warmup is a bit different from other coaches, but I loved it because it actually prepped us for the specific punches we were about to throw. The combos were easy to memorize (mostly revolving around 1-2-3-4), but the sheer volume of punches made it a killer workout. Absolutely enjoyed this class and highly recommend it if you're looking for something more intense!

Boxing 101 - Back to Basics

The staff is very accommodating, and the coach was very good. The space itself is just okay. I love that they have a shower area, but keep in mind you need to bring your own towel, soap, and shampoo. If only I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to gym!.
