see all reviewsI was the only student today, and the other two coaches joined me. It was fun! Coach Dianne was very hands on with teaching the moves. Which, by the way, were very fun and challenging. They targeted my strength and flexibility the most. She's strict with the form, and she'll help you in keeping it if you're struggling. She's very encouraging as well, which I needed given the workout was challenging. It's fun to learn new exercises on the reformer, especially since I'm not a beginner anymore. If you're looking for a good full body workout that is challenging, and if you want your reformer progress and knowledge to grow, attend the classes here.

The coach demos the harder movements clearly and gives form corrections throughout class, which helped a lot especially when trying new exercises. We got to do some unique movements and even worked on inversions, which was honestly my favorite part since it reminded me of what I enjoy most in aerial yoga classes. Since more time was spent on the more difficult suspend movements, we didnāt get to do as much mat work, but overall it was still a really fun and challenging class.

The studio itself is clean, minimalist, and very pleasing to the eyes, with great air-conditioning that keeps the space comfortable throughout the session. For an even better experience, a bit more spacing between mats would be nice, especially during movements that require wider arm ranges.
