see all reviewsHeather Masse is still the BEST instructor I’ve ever taken at 10 hands! She can teach any kind of yoga class, but tonight she really stretched us stiff yogis out after being sore from all the weight lifting classes we so desperately needed to recover from. I’ve noticed a consistent return from all of the attendees in her class and it’s definitely due to how she makes us feel both relaxed physically and mentally by the end of our time with her.

see all reviewsAttended my first class last Thursday through ClassPass kind of on a whim. I had no prior experience with this kind of martial art so I was very nervous and felt out of place but the instructor and other "students" made me feel very welcome. The atmosphere was very friendly and easy-going but at the same time the instructor (Andrew) wasn't letting me - as the newbie - slack off at all and even with up to 8 other students in the gym, he did find time to teach me 1 on 1. Overall I had a great time, signed up and am going to come back.

see all reviewsEveryone in this space was super nice and it seems like a really positive community space for the members. I could tell that it’s a social space where members and instructors are friends. The music was great. A few small areas to note are: the sign out front has a different name from the classpass listing so that was a little confusing, there wasn’t anyone there checking new folks in so there was some uncertainty we were in the right place and where we should go, and it’s more of a technique class than a cardio workout (not a bad thing!).
Kombat Boxing & MMA is Philadelphia’s new premier combat sports training facility…Tai Chi class
see all reviewsAs a beginner, I appreciated the way our instructor guided us through the various postures and movements with clear descriptions and helpful demonstrations. The class was held in a very large and bright room that is usually used for other martial art practices, so it was interesting to see the various equipment stored neatly on the walls and sides of the work space. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to find a way to relax your mind in order to find more focus in your daily life. I am looking forward to future classes so I can learn just a little bit more each time! It will be a long process, but i know the results will come if I keep up my practice.
