see all reviewsI've been to this class at HotFlo many times, but in this case, it was really hot outside and I'd given blood the day before. Emily was so kind and nonjudgmental when I ultimately had to leave the class a little early. I also appreciate her obvious expertise with regard to the movements of Bikram yoga. I'll return!
