see all reviewsIt was my first time doing hot yoga, I thought I’d hate being sweaty and getting sweat in my eyes, but it was very enjoyable. The practice room was spacious and dimly lit which made it peaceful and inviting; the music was at an ideal volume for ambience without overwhelming the space. The instructor was highly apt and delivered a flow that was invigorating—within my ability and with opportunities for additional challenges if desired— with well-timed moments of rest, and wonderful prompts to guide the mindfulness component of the practice. The only downside (for me) was the rush of noise of shrill, happy voices collected outside the practice space as people chatted after the class, but there was the option to stay in the practice room in shavasana to take your time to leave. 10/10 would recommend and would attend again.

see all reviewsLooooooove Greg’s class. He’s an excellent teacher with clear instructions and he plays music “ on very low” so as not to distract. The music choice is particularly good because it is gentle and doesn’t repeat over and over making one feel as though someone has left a DVD on the home page listening to the same thing on repeat every 30 seconds. My favorite part is the 5 minute meditation at the end. Bliss 🥰

Barre was much harder than I thought, but I was encouraged to (and felt very comfortable) following at my own pace and adapting where needed.
