RUN x LIFT: Total Body (50 min)
see all reviewsLoved it! I was nervous as it was my first time and I'm new to working out regularly but Scott was awesome. He was really encouraging and provided modifications if I needed them. I'll definitely try to make it to more classes when I'm in the area.

see all reviewsThanks for playing early 2000s hip hop! not solely top 40 music. Good beats make us run more :) However, I would appreciate clearer instructions on the treadmill from the instructor and turn down the music slightly when giving instructions. Also, the fans are really high and I’m thankful the instructor pushed it away from me when I asked. There’s a lot of overstimulation in the room but still a solid workout. I see why they give out earplugs at the front desk.

see all reviewsI really enjoy this particular class. I hope they keep offering it. It was a good workout that managed to include a lot of muscle groups and cardio at the same time and was ideal for me with my lower back problems.

see all reviewsI like the personalized session with a professional instructor and intensity of the class. It’s definitely an excellent workout and Chris, instructor, was very organized and experienced. The size of class was just about right and clean private space. I will definitely come back again.

see all reviewsIt was my first time going to Amie’s class, and it was a great experience. I’d recommend it for both beginners and intermediate yogis. She gave so many pointers and feedback on the correct form for many poses that I didn’t know I was doing wrong. We went through sun salutations and then some fun practice with inversions. She taught how to get into headstand and backbend and will spot you if you’re up for it trying it as well. Will definitely go back!
