I never had issues with any other business about scheduling an order at the location for the earliest time and to be picked as soon as they have it ready like any other customer that shows up and orders. The employee at the counter asked and then came to tell me it’d be the only time they would make the exception, and later on pretty sure she proceeded to joke/complain about it with another coworker. Never had an issue with anyone before about this. If it’s as simple as ordering and then showing the confirmation. Customer service was lacking at this location.
