see all reviewsWhat a great class! Shona was a great guide through this practice and the practice itself was very beneficial and relaxing! One thing I would say is to dim the lights from the entrance or get curtains to block out the light from the classroom. The room space itself is gorgeous overlooking the water and fountains. Will def be coming back for more sessions!
