L’Résistance (mat class)
see all reviewsI absolutely love this class! First time taking with Lisa and loved her style. It was very challenging but doable and had a good flow. The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. Gorgeous studio and good vibe.

see all reviewsBest instructor so far! Def the most challenging class yet. I recently moved to west Palm and have been struggling to find a hot mat class that would challenge me how I was previously used to. The other instructors I’ve tried here have been great, but I definitely have modified moves and weights to make the workouts more challenging. Today, I actually had to modify a move to make it less challenging. So happy I found her !

see all reviewsThis was by and far the hardest jetset class I’ve ever done (in the best way)! I don’t usually believe the instructor when they say the class will be spicy but this one truly was. The instructor pushed us hard but in the best way, she helped the newer students and provided form corrections when needed. I will 100% be doing another class with her she was great!

see all reviewsAbsolutely the best instructor I’ve had. As a fitness instructor myself, I am amazed by her! Her form cueing, her energy, her on hands adjustments, and not making anyone feel bad for getting help. This is the energy I need in the morning. She’s by far the expert in the room and makes me fix my form in ways I never knew! [Solidcore] has been so impressive compared to other Pilates studios I’ve tried! This class and instructor is a must try!

see all reviewsBrooke is awesome! The class was definitely a challenge, but she is incredible at walking you through every position and describing each move so clearly. Everything felt intentional and never rushed, so you could really focus on your form and feel the burn. It was such a great classical class! The space itself is so welcoming and wonderful. Every instructor makes an effort to talk to each student and genuinely makes you feel comfortable and included. They are doing such an amazing job building a real sense of community, which makes the studio feel so special. I always leave feeling so good!
