The attention to detail was amazing, it didn’t look like every other gym or work out studio. The employees knew returning customers by name! I will say that the only down side is that their clothing (very cute btw) is not offered in sizes above xl at least from what I seen. Nonetheless, I will be back!

The staff has worked to try to remedy this and I thank them kindly. This seems to be a persistent problem however. Caveat, I am not elderly and I love loud music. I also love self care and ability to listen to my headphones without damaging my ears. Thank you!

During the workout the only thing that got me through was the good music and all the positive reinforcement from the coach. I will definitely be a regular and it’s awesome! Clean studio, good workout, and good vibes! I would recommend going a little early to give yourself time to find parking, but otherwise it’s great!

I was always intimidated by barre because I’ve heard it’s super hard and yeah for sure you’ll be sweating and maybe climbing up the stairs on all fours afterwards for a few days but Jackie did a wonderful job balancing out the whole body routine so you’re not burnt out by the end. It also flies by so quickly! This was a great introduction to barre for me can’t wait to take it again.
