see all reviewsThis was my first time at Studio Soul and I was super impressed. I arrived 5 min late, the class had already start! Talk about timeliness! The host at the front desk was super nice about it (being as it was my first time) and allowed me to join the class. There was a locker decorated with a welcome for me which I thought was super sweet. The instructions were simple and Jim walked me through everything while class was being conducted. Once settled the class was super energetic, challenging and fun! This was my first time trying a cycling class and I have to say it’s a lot more enjoyable and involved than I originally thought. This first time WORE ME OUT + had my quads and cheeks 🍑 screaming 😭 (I think they make the seats uncomfortable to keep you up out of that saddle haha) BUT I’ll be back! 🤨

There weren’t a lot of people there at the time I went (6:30 AM) and I loved that I didn’t have to fight for space or equipment. I inquired about a membership and the price was very reasonable. The staff member I encountered was very friendly and courteous. I would 100% return and recommend. It was also clean!

see all reviewsIt was my first time ever taking a flamenco class and I had such a great time! Ely was super kind and all of the ladies in the class were SO welcoming! It is such an art and the class helps you jump right in to learn the techniques while also having a great time. Ely was so patient and took her time to help. You can tell she loves what she does. :) It was a positive and judgment free zone for sure - everyone supported one another. Thank you Ely and the ladies for a great first class! Will be back :)

All abilities and levels were welcome and well received and I really loved the low pressure and relaxed atmosphere. The bar work was particularly great, dusting off the cobwebs. I will 100% return.
