She will also push you personally so you progress which I love!! If it’s ur first time at the studio/ taking Pilates I would definitely take her class, she makes you feel so welcome and comfortable rather than just being thrown on a scary looking machine you don’t know how to use. I would say just in general I’ve notice with a few of the instructors they aren’t very hands on so sometimes I feel like I’m just doing the workout with a bad form and completely wrong. They don’t come to correct form which then could lead to an injury. I understand that it’s a fast paced workout class and there are a lot of us and the instructor is cueing the strength part AND the treadmill part at the same time so I understand that it could be hard to look at everyone. Other than that keeping the instructor separate from the workout method I really thought Megan was super sweet and energetic. Great music and vibes. Would love to hear some Reggaeton in the mix lol. Definitely wanna keep booking Friday mornings with her!! :)

Not just “keep your back straight on the stairmaster,” but also where you should feel it if your form is right. It’s a useful internal check mid-workout. And if form is off, please call it out. They also have some of my favorite instructors in the area on their roster. The room is heated , but not unbearably hot (you’ll definitely sweat though), they provide everything, just bring your mat towel & water. This was my second time here & I will for sure be back.
