    Ok I’ve been searching for a place in the area that has a genuinely positive experience. Newport/costa mesa/ Huntington can have some not so friendly people . Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Hugely positive experience. I will back for sure! Thank you Nicole so much!

    This class is incredible! The circuit trainings are difficult and yet fast enough to want to keep going. Modifications are a must for me during this season of my life (office chair spine and minimal core strength post babies) until I built muscle/strength back up and there is never a shortage on instruction or individualized care. The music is awesome and takes me back to my Prime! Last but certainly not least - Mark is the shiiiiz! Kind, uplifting and incredibly knowledgeable. He really makes an effort to get to know each person that attends. I've felt welcome and accepted by this group since my very first class and I look forward to getting back out there each session which is the motivation I need to get moving before 7 AM on a weekday. 10/10 recommend!
