Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Modifications are a must for me during this season of my life (office chair spine and minimal core strength post babies) until I built muscle/strength back up and there is never a shortage on instruction or individualized care.
