    Kaitlyn’s Friday class is one of my favorites!! I absolutely love it and can tell she really loves teaching it! She is super knowledgeable about the body and muscles, I learn something new about how to fix or heal a body part everytime I go to this class!     Ok I’ve been searching for a place in the area that has a genuinely positive experience. Newport/costa mesa/ Huntington can have some not so friendly people . Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Hugely positive experience. I will back for sure! Thank you Nicole so much!
