I’ve had quite a few facials over the years, and I was incredibly impressed by the level of knowledge, care, and attention to detail throughout the entire appointment. What stood out most was how personalized everything was. She took the time to assess my skin and tailored every aspect of the treatment specifically to my skin type and concerns rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. She thoroughly explained each product she was using, why she chose it, and how it would benefit my skin, which made me feel confident that I was in very capable hands. Beyond her expertise, the facial itself was incredibly relaxing. The massage was amazing, and the entire experience felt both therapeutic and results-driven. It’s rare to find someone who combines such extensive knowledge with excellent technique and genuine care for her clients. What impressed me even more were the results. By that evening, I could already tell a difference in my skin. My skin felt noticeably softer, more hydrated, and smoother, and I felt like the appearance of my pores and fine lines had already improved. It’s not often that you see and feel results that quickly. I left feeling refreshed, educated, and excited about my skin. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a truly customized facial experience, and I will definitely be back. Highly impressed!
