Morning Slow Flow
see all reviewsBeautiful studio, full class, and kind staff. Love how they have tea and feminine products available. Sophia was nice and well with instructions for poses. I was extremely exhausted coming to class today but this class made me feel more energized. Love how the end of class Sophia sang and played notes from a piano looking thing. It was very meditative and soothing to the nervous system.

see all reviewsSuzanne is amazing. One of the best yoga classes I have taken. A wonderful mix of athletic vinyasa with slow, thoughtful time spent in challenging hatha poses. My favorite form of yoga is Ashtanga and this class had a lot of elements that reminded me of what I love about Ashtanga. I enjoy power yoga and many American interpretations of yoga but this was “real” yoga.

see all reviewsThis class was absolutely phenomenal - one of the best yoga classes I've had in years. The instructor masterfully wove together multiple dimensions of yoga, from physical practice to philosophical wisdom. Her reference to Yoga Sutra 1.1 and its practical application to our daily lives added meaningful depth to the practice. What truly set this class apart was the instructor's exceptional ability to guide students. Her voice was crystal clear and her cuing was precise, making it easy to follow even through challenging poses like forearm stand and Bird of Paradise. The flow sequence was uniquely crafted and powerful, offering both challenge and inspiration. The music selection perfectly complemented the practice, and the overall experience was transformative. As someone who's practiced yoga for a while, I was impressed by how she balanced accessibility with advanced options. The class was so exceptional that it's convinced me to consider a studio membership. I especially appreciated how she integrated traditional yoga philosophy with modern practice, making ancient wisdom relevant and applicable. This wasn't just a workout - it was a complete yoga experience that left me feeling challenged, inspired, and centered. Absolutely will be returning to her classes!!!!!! ?!!!!

Although the pace and general structure is the same, no two classes by him are the same, there’s always new flows and poses to try.
