This location was lovely and spacious. The changing room was big and clean with great amenities. The service was also good from reception to the trainer. As a first timer I also got a complementary protein shake which was a nice touch.

see all reviewsMy first time, and got to say that it felt like a proper functional strength training class and a proper ride class at the same time, with 23 minutes-ish dedicated time for each with only one switch. Having tried Run and the usual ignite class, I think this one was definitely my favorite, with good strength exercises that push you. Starting out with the strength training really gets the heart pumping for the ride, so I’d recommend starting there if this is what you’re looking for.

I do think it would be good to have more gradation in terms of the classes on offer - more of a Reformer Stretch kind of class would be welcome on the timetable. The quality of the shakes also vary depending on who makes them. This is unfortunate for this price point. I understand that there has been a lot of staff turn over - but it’s starting to affect the quality of this place.

It was 4x (or was it 5?) blocks of exercises for 4 mins each block. It’s a mix of weighted exercises plus cardio on the rower, ski erg and bike. You are partnered up so working simultaneously and the 45 mins flies by!

Which I understand can be important sometimes, but after a point I wasn’t sure if I missed an instruction and that left me confused. I have a basic level of understanding but when I select a class that’s in English at 7am, I’m not prepared to having to firstly keep up with the demanding exercises but also make sure I haven’t missed anything being said in Norwegian. It was just distracting overall.
