The only thing I didn’t like was the lights lol I was on the end and the light happened to be pointed right above me it was annoying. Would suggest dimming if that’s an option especially for a 7am class

The class itself was challenging, but still very comfortable and accessible, which made it enjoyable even as a beginner. Nicola was a fantastic instructor. She paid extra attention to me as it was my first class, and I really appreciated her thoughtful guidance. She was informative and detailed, and quickly picked up on how my body moves, offering personalised cues to help me do the exercises in a way that suited me better. I felt supported and well looked after throughout the session. Overall, a great introduction to reformer Pilates and I’m looking forward to coming back
