THE GOOD MOVE (HIIT, PILATES, & DANCE)

Ok i was super skeptical of a dance class because my last year taking dance was 8th grade. I love pilates so stumbled upon this class and took a chance but OMG! This is one of the best classes I’ve ever taken in NYC. The instructor was amazing, her energy was so contagious and she pushed me to my limit! I was sweating and smiling the whole time during the dance section. Love love love. will absolutely be returning !!!!

    IN-STUDIO Introduction to Ballet

Instructor was on the strict side. Learned a lot. Feel like you needed to have some ballet foundation before coming to this class. It was nice to have piano accompaniment. One hour on barre and 30 mins dancing center of room. Leotards preferred.

    Intro to Acrobatics

It was such a great class, Lo was patient and encouraging! I really enjoyed learning all different things like how to do Handstands (both with and without the wall), walking on the wall into a bridge, and Cartwheels (first time learning how to do it properly)! Lo walked us step by step for the shoulder roll, which actually super helpful to prepare for the Floorwork Dance choreography class I took afterwards 🙏🏼 Thank You Lo, I hope my schedule allows me to go to more acrobatics class!

The instructor was super nice and the class went well. But be mindful it may be a kids class (10-13ish). I was the only adult there but the instructor handled it well and included me and the kids didn’t make a big deal out of it either.
