see all reviewsHandstands are a tough one to crack, but I’m amazed to say I already had a small win balancing on my own in a single lesson! It was only about 5 seconds but it gave me hope that this is achievable✨and it’s thanks to all the warmup exercises and other balances we did (crow pose, headstand, assisted handstand) with clear instructions and subtle corrections that really helped me to find balance. Thank you for a great class!

Sie hat das gesamte Training hervorragend durchgeführt, die Übungen nicht nur eindrucksvoll vorgeführt, sondern auch verständlich erklärt. Ich kann diesen Kurs jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen.
