    My first time doing contrast therapy or cold plunge! 10/10!!! Will 100% be returning i feel awesome. Recovering from a muscle injury and it genuinely feels like it helped in just one 30 minute session. Staff is sweet and i am looking forward to trying new services! Very clean and great vibes.
