Slow Down Saturday with Kelsey
see all reviewsExcellent Yin yoga class. Very relaxing, detailed instructions, and experienced yoga teacher. The bolster, blocks, weighted eye mask and other equipment was already in place when I arrived, so all I had to do was bring my yoga mat and lay down. The studio is very spacious and well lit. I enjoyed the Tibetan singing bowls and also the rose and hibiscus tea at the end. I came in with a shoulder ache caused by my own bad posture, and left with no ache at all. 10/10 would do this again!

see all reviewsThe person who greeted me at the door made me feel SO welcome and comfortable. This was my first sound bath experience and I can’t say enough good things about the space, Krystal and the other people I was in class with. I felt so completely relaxed and afterwards, Krystal took the time to ask each of us how we felt and she educated us on chakras and why we might’ve felt certain energies. I’m happy I went and got to meet everyone. I’ll be back for my own personalized reading soon (:
