see all reviewslola was a great instructor with clear instructions and fun energy. we used 3 lb weights, ankle weights & a yoga block. you can rent your mat & towel from atelier sculpt for $5. there is plenty of free 2 hour parking nearby in lots or on the street. cubbies for your stuff downstairs near the reformers, and the hot pilates room is upstairs. restroom available as well. great workout, i will be back!
