    Love this class! Lagree is intense, but Nina helped me get comfortable with it. Her constant demonstrations and detailed instructions were super helpful for a beginner like me. She also checked my form to ensure I was moving correctly. It made such a difference—will definitely be returning!

    first class! amazing routine. I was done mostly on a mat with bands, sliders. light weights. I was sore the next day. Instructor did not use a mic so l, but she had a loud enough voice ☺️. Small class size, about 10 women. And a cute space. street parking was available.

    Sculpt: Legs & Abs

    After taking a long break from working out, I was intimidated, but Bri encouraged me to push my limits while still listening to my body. I also really appreciated that she would watch my form, correct if needed, and explain which muscle groups were involved. I feel amazing and will definitely be back!
