see all reviewsNot a class for me. Although I appreciated it for the sake of novelty and the studio and the instructor was top - hence all 5 stars. And thanks for at least having something late in the evening . I am not a yogini, nor by any means a complete beginner, but did not break any sweat during this class, however I would advise against taking this class to beginner as it is not well balanced and doesn’t provide any foundations. You would get a better sweat and open up your body with a more “traditional” class, such as fyra flow. There were several challenging yoga poses that were fun to try, also some interesting twists. Which I appreciate. But it is not a class that builds heat or creates space in your body, nor aligns your body bu addressing basic asanas and their correct form. A specific type of class that one could explore if they are already further in their yoga journey.

see all reviewsthe SPICIEST but don’t let that scare you away because the instructor has some milder options for moves and encourages you to go at your own pace!! i like that it’s challenging and there’s lots of room for me to improve. the instructor is super friendly and i would for sure come back (that heat is no joke though)
