I always leave feeling strong and ready to seize the day ; ). I really appreciate the complimentary sweat towels, mat wipes and water bottle station. Sometimes the little things really add up and make the experience too - thanks for the towel fan while in shavasana!!

see all reviewsIt was my first experience and unlike the worry I had after reading some reviews, the staff was welcoming (though we indeed have to wear the gripping socks, I bought two at the desk) and the instructor was inclusive too. As a person who regularly work out, this one was not much challenging but there's still some rooms to adjust the intensity on my end (eg dumbell). Loved it!
