The number of exercises and the sequencing of today’s class felt perfect - not too many exercises that it felt rushed, but just the right number so I felt like I could take my time to move through each exercise. Loved the stair stepper portion of the class - my heart rate was 🔥🔥🔥. Amazing way to start a Monday and Haley’s the best!!!

see all reviewsOMG so amazing. one of the best yoga classes i’ve ever been to! i love that there is no mirror, major emphasis on breath, and i just loved the language and attitude of the instructor, very kind and approachable vibe in the class. while there were mods offered, i would say this class might be a bit much for a total beginner since the pace is pretty quick. i’ve always heard amazing things about this studio and now i know why!! 10/10 recommend.

That being said, the staff was very friendly and accommodating when I arrived. I stuck around and got a good workout in with one of the regulars. As a person who regularly work out, this one was not much challenging but there's still some rooms to adjust the intensity on my end (eg dumbell). Loved it!
